1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the KN Institute for Leadership and Resilience (“KN-ILR”, “we”, “our”, “the Institute”) website and all services provided through it, including training programs, consulting, resources, and registration forms. By accessing our website or enrolling in any KN-ILR programs, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
To register for KN-ILR courses, consulting, or online services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
3. Course Registration & Enrollment
By registering for a KN-ILR course, you agree that:
- Your registration is valid only after confirmation from KN-ILR
- You will provide accurate contact and payment information
- You are responsible for ensuring access to required tools (e.g., Zoom, email, stable internet)
- KN-ILR reserves the right to accept or decline any registration
4. Payments & Fees
- All course fees must be paid in full before the start date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payments are non-refundable unless a specific refund policy applies (see Section 5).
- Prices may vary depending on region, promotional offers, or early-bird discounts.
- KN-ILR is not responsible for bank fees, currency conversion fees, or transaction charges.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
5.1 Participant Cancellations
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the course start date: 50% refund
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date: non-refundable
- No refunds after the course has started
5.2 KN-ILR Cancellations
If KN-ILR cancels or reschedules a course:
- Participants may choose a full refund or transfer to another cohort
6. Attendance & Participation
Participants are expected to:
- Attend live sessions as scheduled
- Engage respectfully during discussions
- Complete exercises where required
- Not distribute, sell, or share course materials without permission
KN-ILR may remove participants for disruptive behavior without refunds.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by KN-ILR - including slides, templates, exercises, recordings, workbooks, and documents - are protected under copyright. Participants may not copy, share, reproduce, sell, publish, or distribute any materials without written permission from KN-ILR. Limited personal use is permitted only for individual learning.
8. Use of Website & Digital Content
You agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to interfere with website functionality
- Copy, modify, or distribute website content without authorization
- Impersonate another person or entity
KN-ILR may modify website content at any time.
9. Data Protection & Privacy
Your use of KN-ILR services and website is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how personal data is collected and processed. By using our services, you consent to the processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, KN-ILR is not liable for:
- Any loss caused by the failure of internet, technology, or external systems
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Decisions participants make based on the information or guidance provided in the courses
11. Third-Party Services
KN-ILR may use third-party platforms (Zoom, email systems, payment providers). We are not responsible for outages, failures, or issues caused by those platforms.
12. International Use
KN-ILR operates from Tbilisi, Georgia, and provides services globally. Users are responsible for complying with their local laws when accessing content.
13. Amendments
KN-ILR may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a new “Last updated” date.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes will be resolved under Georgian jurisdiction.
