Modern Cybersecurity & Resilience
Live Online Training
📅 4 Weeks ⏱ 12 Hours 🌐 Live on Zoom 💬 English

A practical, live program for mid-level professionals navigating the real-world complexity of the AI and cloud era, where cyber threats evolve fast, operating models shift toward outsourcing and shared services, and critical delivery depends on always-on platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
You will learn how to adapt modern cybersecurity and operational resilience to protect business-critical services, data, and applications during disruption, covering AI-enabled attacks and defenses, cloud/hybrid exposure, third‑party and supply‑chain risk, and crisis decision-making.
Built for organizations under pressure, the course shows how to make high-impact security and resilience improvements with limited budgets and resources, prioritizing what matters, reducing avoidable risk, and communicating tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders.
The course translates leading frameworks (ISO 27001/22301, NIST CSF, DORA, NIS2) into actions you can apply immediately, while acknowledging that regulatory expectations are rapidly maturing and differ across countries and industries.
Who Joins This Program:
-
Cybersecurity, IT risk, and GRC professionals ready to move from controls to operational resilience
-
Security engineers, IT/cloud architects, and platform/DevOps leads working with cloud, identity, and CI/CD environments
-
Business continuity and operational resilience practitioners integrating cyber scenarios into continuity planning
-
Digital transformation, operations, and service owners accountable for uptime, customer trust, and third‑party delivery
-
Risk and compliance professionals translating fast-evolving regulations into pragmatic, workable programs across business units and suppliers
Why This Program?
Built for teams under pressure:
learn how to prioritize controls and resilience improvements when budgets, headcount, and time are limited.
Practical, not theoretical:
each session connects frameworks (ISO/NIST/DORA/NIS2) to real decisions you’ll face, like responding to AI-enabled attacks or explaining risk and tradeoffs to stakeholders.
Designed for modern operating models:
cloud and hybrid realities, third‑party dependencies, and delivery speed are treated as normal, not exceptions.
Live, interactive learning:
ask questions, test scenarios, and learn with peers facing similar constraints and regulatory complexity.
Designed by a practitioner:
who has carried this responsibility for nearly three decades, so the program stays realistic, actionable, respectful of constraints, and aligned with organizational goals.
Keeps services running:
focus on reducing disruption and downtime for business‑critical services, so resilience shows up in real performance, not only in documentation.
Format
Live instructor-led sessions on Zoom

What Will You Learn?
Foundations of modern security and resilience: ISO, NIST, DORA, and NIS2 - simplified and mapped to real operational decisions.
AI-driven threats and defenses:
how generative AI changes phishing, fraud, and ransomware, and where automation helps defenders.
Cloud and hybrid realities:
common vulnerabilities, control gaps, and resilience patterns in modern environments.
Third‑party, outsourcing, and supply‑chain exposure:
how dependencies change your risk profile and what “good enough” oversight looks like.
Transformation lens:
how AI and digital disruption reshape resilience strategy, priorities, and operating models.
Continuity and crisis leadership:
scenario-based planning, response coordination, and communication that protects operations and stakeholder trust.
Adaptive capability under constraint:
risk based prioritization, iterative improvements, and faster decision making as threats, cloud services, and dependencies change.
Secure software delivery (SDLC/SSDLC, DevSecOps, CI/CD):
embed security into fast‑moving delivery pipelines, from requirements to release, without slowing transformation.
Business service continuity (cyber-focused): reduce the frequency and impact of disruptions for critical services, prevent what you can, detect early, respond decisively, and recover fast.
