She holds a highly specialized Master’s Degree in Work, Organizational, and Personnel Psychology (WOP-P ERASMUS Joint Master Program) from the Universities of Valencia and Coimbra.
Tamari’s core expertise lies in building and scaling full-cycle HR systems from scratch, strategic HR analytics, and leading complex organizational culture diagnostics and transformation strategies.
