Tamari Kelenjeridze is a HR Strategy Leader and Organizational Development (OD) professional with over 10 years of executive HR leadership experience and 5+ years in strategic consulting. She holds a highly specialized Master’s Degree in Work, Organizational, and Personnel Psychology (WOP-P ERASMUS Joint Master Program) from the Universities of Valencia and Coimbra.
Tamari’s core expertise lies in building and scaling full-cycle HR systems from scratch, strategic HR analytics, and leading complex organizational culture diagnostics and transformation strategies.
She applies practical, evidence-based methodologies in her work, her teaching focuses on transferring executive operational perspectives and OD consulting acumen into practical, real-world tools that leaders can immediately use to drive performance and manage people effectively.

No prior HR training is required. 2. What if I miss a live session? You will receive session reader notes, practical tools, and guidance on key takeaways so you can stay on track. (Live sessions are not recorded.) 3. Will I receive a certificate? Yes. Participants who complete the course receive a Certificate of Completion from the KN Institute for Leadership & Resilience. 4. Is this an HR certification course? No. This is a practical course on strategic leadership and HR Skills, not an HR certification or compliance program. It focuses on equipping non-HR managers with applied tools they can use immediately. 5. What tools or software do I need? You'll need a laptop or desktop computer with a stable internet connection, webcam, and microphone or headset. All live sessions are conducted via Zoom. 6. How do payments work?
