REFUND POLICY

KN Institute for Leadership and Resilience (KN-ILR)

1. General Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for training programs, courses, and services provided by KN Institute for Leadership and Resilience (“KN-ILR”, “we”, “our”).

By registering for any KN-ILR program, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects any statutory rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection laws.

 

2. Participant Cancellations

2.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds depend on when the participant's written request is received relative to the course start date (as determined by the Institute's email timestamp):

  • Cancellation received 7 or more full days before the course start date: 50% refund

  • Cancellation received within 7 days of the course start date: No refund

  • Cancellation after the course has started: No refund

Partial refunds are not provided.

 

2.2 Transfer to Another Cohort or Program

Transfers may be permitted once per participant, subject to availability and KN-ILR’s prior written approval.

 

3. KN-ILR Cancellations & Rescheduling

If KN-ILR cancels or reschedules a course due to operational reasons, low enrollment, trainer availability, or other legitimate circumstances, participants may choose either:

  • A full refund, or

  • Transfer to the next available cohort or program.

 

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Digital products, templates, or downloadable materials

  • Consulting services already delivered

  • Partial attendance or missed sessions

  • Technical issues outside KN-ILR’s reasonable control, including internet connectivity, participant devices, power outages, or third-party platforms

 

5. Refund Method

Refunds, where applicable:

  • Are processed to the original payment method

  • May take 5–14 business days, depending on banks or payment providers

  • Are issued in the currency originally paid

Bank fees, currency conversion fees, or transaction charges are non-refundable.

 

6. No Guarantee of Learning Outcomes

Refunds are not issued based on:

  • Satisfaction with the course

  • Personal expectations

  • Job outcomes or career progression

  • Participant availability or schedule changes

KN-ILR provides training and consulting services and does not guarantee specific results.

 

7. How to Request a Refund

Please include:

  • Full name

  • Email address used for registration

  • Course name

  • Reason for cancellation

  • Proof of payment (if available)

Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days.

 

8. Policy Updates

KN-ILR may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any revised version will be published on the website with an updated “Last updated” date.
