REFUND POLICY
KN Institute for Leadership and Resilience (KN-ILR)

1. General Overview
This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for KN Institute for Leadership and Resilience (“KN-ILR”, “we”, “our”) training programs, courses, and services. By registering for any KN-ILR program, you agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Participant Cancellations
2.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds depend on when the participant cancels relative to the course start date:
- Cancellation 7 or more days before the course start: 50% refund
- Cancellation within 7 days of the course start: No refund
- Cancellation after the course has started: No refund
2.2 Transfer to Another Cohort or Program
Transfers may be permitted once, subject to availability and KN-ILR approval.
3. KN-ILR Cancellations & Rescheduling
If KN-ILR cancels or reschedules a course due to operational reasons, low enrollment, or trainer availability:
Participants may choose:
- Full refund, or
- Transfer to the next available cohort
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Digital products, templates, or downloadable materials
- Consulting services already delivered
- Partial attendance or missed sessions
- Technical issues outside KN-ILR’s control (internet, device, power outages)
5. Refund Method
Refunds, when applicable:
- Are processed back to the original payment method
- May take 5–14 business days, depending on banks or payment providers
- Are issued in the currency originally paid
Bank fees, currency conversion fees, or transfer charges are not refundable.
6. No Guarantee of Learning Outcomes
Refunds are not issued based on:
- Satisfaction with the course
- Personal expectations
- Job outcomes or career progression
- Participant’s availability or schedule changes
KN-ILR provides training and consulting services and does not guarantee specific results.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email:
Subject: Refund Request – [Course Name]
Include:
- Full name
- Email used for registration
- Course name
- Reason for cancellation
- Proof of payment (if available)
Requests will be reviewed within 5 business days.
8. Policy Updates
KN-ILR may update this Refund Policy at any time. The updated version will appear on our website with a new “Last updated” date.
